I’m the first to admit that my food photography needs a lot of work. But hopefully the photo’s provided are good enough to give you an idea of what it is you are making. I have purposely not iced the cakes so that you can see them in their true, bare state.
This is a small collection of recipes that we use regularly, among them are firm family favorites that the kids love to cook. Where ever possible and when ever necessary, credit is given to those who originally came up with the recipe, but most of the recipes in this collection have been used through so many generations of my family that there is no way to trace the original inventors.
